About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face for our customers ensuring they receive a hot, made to order meal. Or you could be working on the makeline, preparing the food a family will gather together to enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive hot, made-to-order meals
- Work on the makeline to prepare food for families
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 16 years old (18 for delivery drivers)
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- A desire to be part of a team
- The ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
- Nights and weekends are very busy, so the ability and desire to work during these times are required
