About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be the face for our customers ensuring they receive a hot, made to order meal. Or you could be working on the makeline, preparing the food a family will gather together to enjoy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality service to customers
• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and standards
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Operate cash register and handle payments
• Assist with inventory management and cleaning duties

Requirements

• At least 16 years old (18 for Delivery Drivers)
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Nights and weekends are very busy

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Desire to learn and grow professionally

Skills

• Customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a cash register)
