About the Role

You will be the face for our customers ensuring they receive a hot, made to order meal. Or you could be working on the makeline, preparing the food a family will gather together to enjoy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive hot, made-to-order meals
• Work on the makeline, preparing food for families to enjoy
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Support team members with tasks as needed

Requirements

• At least 16 years old (18 for Delivery Drivers)
• Nights and weekends are very busy
• Ability and desire to work during these times
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a POS system)
