About the role

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be the face for our customers ensuring they receive a hot, made-to-order meal. You could also work on the makeline, preparing food a family will gather together to enjoy. At Papa Johns, people are always our top priority. This role is great for part-time or second jobs and offers opportunities to advance—many team members have moved into delivery driving, shift management, or even general management positions.

You will improve on the skills you have, and we'll teach you new ones. We are more than just a pizza company; we're a pizza family.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Prepare food on the makeline
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods

Requirements

• A great attitude and a desire to be part of a team
• At least 16 years old (18 if you want to be a Delivery Driver)
• Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, as these are our busiest times
