About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face for our customers ensuring they receive a hot, made to order meal. Or you could be working on the makeline, preparing the food a family will gather together to enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service
- Prepare and package food items according to recipes and standards
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management
- Adhere to health and safety protocols
Requirements
- At least 16 years old (18 for delivery drivers)
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- A desire to be part of a team
- The ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
- Nights and weekends availability
