About the Role
We’re looking for hardworking, customer-focused line cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant environment. Whether you're new to the industry or experienced, we offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle. As a Line Cook, you'll take orders, prepare food, maintain a clean space, and create a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Accurately take orders and operate the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Assemble orders for dine-in or takeout
- Maintain clean and organized dining, kitchen, and service areas
- Assist with food prep and cooking tasks
- Receive and process payments quickly and accurately
- Support upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be friendly, dependable, and able to work in a team environment
- Can handle cash transactions and make accurate change
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work in various temperature environments (hot kitchen areas, coolers, etc.)
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required
Benefits
- Employees with 6 months to 3 years of service: 0.10 cents off per gallon of fuel (max 20 gallons, 2 fill-ups per week)
- Employees with 3 to 5 years of service: 0.30 cents off per gallon of fuel (max 20 gallons, 2 fill-ups per week)
- Employees with 5+ years of service: 0.40 cents off per gallon of fuel (max 20 gallons, 2 fill-ups per week)
Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shifts. Minimum of 21 years old to work 3rd shift.
