Compensation and Benefits
Hourly wage: $15.15
Average tips: $3.37
Total compensation: $18.52 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Make customers pizzas, salads, and more
- Package customer orders with urgency
- Follow all food safety and food quality standards
- Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
- Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate, and fast) on every shift
- Work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe
Required Qualifications
- Show a passion for people and enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
- Be able to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
- Show a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
- Show an interest to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the restaurant
