- Demonstrates the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift
- Works together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe

- Has a passion for people and enjoys connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
- Can follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
- Has a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
- Shows an interest to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the restaurant
