Key Responsibilities
- Lead the shift by doing the following key tasks:
- Completing Deployment Charts and making adjustments throughout the day.
- Training newly hired/promoted squad members and supporting the team through new program rollouts and initiatives.
- Ensuring operating systems and equipment are maintained to meet restaurant goals.
- Using and referencing MOD tools and standards to ensure food safety.
- Listening, acknowledging, and resolving squad member and guest concerns.
- Evaluating cash management, taking inventory, and placing orders as needed.
- Reviewing email for updates and communicating information to squad members.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
- Demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer, or informal leader.
- Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
- Age of at least 18 years old.
- Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; correcting and coaching in a compassionate manner.
- Able to be a calming presence in periods of high volume.
- Obtaining a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date or sooner where required by law.
- Proficient in written and oral communication.
- Able to support restaurant hours working a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak demand hours.
Summary
Compensation: $20.06/hour when combining hourly wage of $16.35 and average tips of $3.71/hour earned at this location!
