About the role
Responsible for managing a team of servers and ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of servers to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of food service operations and safety regulations.
