Restaurant Shift Supervisor

About the role

Acts is seeking a Shift Supervisor to follow established meal service standards, promote an enjoyable dining experience, supervise and train service steps, enforce policies, attend department meetings, and drive employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Follow established meal service standards
• Promote an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests through proper supervision and training of service steps
• Enforce all policies including employee appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards, and completion of job duties
• Attend department meetings
• Drive employee engagement and retention

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment

Pay

$19.06 - $25.73 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.

Schedule

Shift Supervisor positions require being on the floor during meal service.
