Restaurant Shift Manager

About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
• Support team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth service and strong results.
• Set the next shift up for success by owning open, mid, or close routines.
• Recognize team members for their contributions and celebrate shift wins.
• Communicate clearly with team members and address issues as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency, especially during busy shifts and peak hours.
• Willingness to support and lead across both front- and back-of-house operations.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.

Pay

USD $14.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
