About the role
Responsible for managing a team of servers and ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of servers to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Perform cash handling and report discrepancies to management.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
