Restaurant Shift Leader

About the role

You will help direct the operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, and delivering the highest quality products and services to each customer. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to meet company standards.
• Oversee product preparation and delivery processes.
• Maintain strong customer relations and ensure high‑quality service.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 + year of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of food service regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills.
