About the Role

This position helps direct the operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, and other duties as required or assigned.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to meet company standards.
• Oversee product preparation and delivery.
• Maintain excellent customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with food‑service regulations.
• Perform additional duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of food‑service regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills.

About Us

Our story began in 1985 when founder Joe Croce opened a single restaurant in Plano, Texas. He and partner Mike Cole launched a 1,200‑square‑foot, strictly take‑out pizzeria that quickly became an instant success.
