Restaurant Shift Leader

About the role

We’re hiring Full Time & Part Time Hourly Managers / Shift Leaders to lead our team in Auburn. You’ll set the example for excellent customer service, foster enthusiasm, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude while aligning with company objectives.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain restaurant cleanliness using daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
• Ensure food safety practices are followed at all times.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings.
• Work opening, lunch, dinner, and closing shifts as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to keep guests coming back.
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

Qualifications

Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right attitude!
