Qualifications
Proven experience in food service management or supervising in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety protocols
Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling experience is essential
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting tasks, and food production processes efficiently
Prior experience in catering, banquet settings or bar environments is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to oversee shift operations effectively in a fast-paced setting
Benefits
Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining a positive work environment
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to meet safety standards and quality expectations
- Control inventory levels, assist with food production, and support kitchen management to reduce waste and optimize resources
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all areas of the restaurant
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction and foster loyalty
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, training & development of new staff members
- Support shift management by monitoring performance and ensuring smooth transitions between shifts
- Contribute to restaurant management tasks such as food service management, and maintaining operational standards
