We are currently hiring a motivated Restaurant Shift Lead to help guide daily operations and support our restaurant team. Position Overview The Restaurant Shift Lead helps oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, quality food preparation, and a positive team environment. You will support the management team by supervising staff, maintaining Capriottis operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coaching team members, and developing leadership skills in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during daily restaurant operations
- Delegate tasks and ensure all shift duties are completed efficiently
- Maintain Capriotti’s standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Follow company policies for food safety, sanitation, and cash handling
- Assist with scheduling support, labor management, and inventory monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and dining areas
- Support smooth shift transitions through clear communication with management
