Station Check

• Check station before, during, and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.

Order Processing

• Record order details from guests.
• Repeat order to guests for accuracy.
• Input order into Point of Sale system.
• Retrieve and confirm accuracy of order.
• Deliver order to guests with appropriate condiments.

Liquor Regulations

• Abide by State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Serve alcoholic beverages only to adults not visibly intoxicated.

Beverage Management

• Replenish beverages as needed.
• Check with guests for satisfaction.

Desert and Specialty Coffee Service

• Serve desert items or specialty coffees upon request.

Table Clearing and Resettling

• Supplement bus help in clearing and resettling tables.

Side Work and Cleaning

• Replenish condiments and restock as needed.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned.

Check Presentation and Reporting

• Present the check to guests promptly.

Reporting

• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor/manager.
• Report accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage, or loss to supervisor/manager.

Appearance and Teamwork

• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Assist other Restaurant Personnel as needed.
