Greeting Guests
- Sit guests and present menus.
- Explain specials and promotions.
Station Check
- Check station before, during, and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
Order Processing
- Record order details from guests.
- Repeat order to guests for accuracy.
- Input order into Point of Sale system.
- Retrieve and confirm accuracy of order.
- Deliver order to guests with appropriate condiments.
Liquor Regulations
- Abide by State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations.
- Serve alcoholic beverages only to adults not visibly intoxicated.
Beverage Management
- Replenish beverages as needed.
- Check with guests for satisfaction.
Desert and Specialty Coffee Service
- Serve desert items or specialty coffees upon request.
Table Clearing and Resettling
- Supplement bus help in clearing and resettling tables.
Side Work and Cleaning
- Replenish condiments and restock as needed.
- Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned.
Check Presentation and Reporting
- Present the check to guests promptly.
Reporting
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor/manager.
- Report accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage, or loss to supervisor/manager.
Appearance and Teamwork
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
- Assist other Restaurant Personnel as needed.
