What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages according to Hilton and Marcus standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas
- Communicate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Resolve guest concerns when possible—or escalate to supervisors as needed
- Support restaurant cleanliness and assist with restocking as needed
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is a plus—but not required
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system (training available)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, or evening shifts
- English proficiency (spoken and written) to support guests and follow instructions
