This role contributes directly to the restaurant’s atmosphere, guest satisfaction, and overall success. What You Will Do Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidenceTake accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferencesServe food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentationCheck back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visitProcess payments accurately using POS systemsMaintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendationsCommunicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or barKeep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stockedAssist with opening, closing, and restocking dutiesSupport team members to ensure timely and coordinated serviceAddress guest concerns professionally and escalate when neededRegular attendance in conformance with standardsMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needsRequired to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetingsPerform other duties as assigned Your Qualifications Include: Required: Previous restaurant or hospitality experienceStrong guest service and communication skillsAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed Preferred: Experience with POS systemsHigh School Diploma or equivalent
