RESTAURANT SERVER

The Role

The Hilton Columbus/Polaris is currently seeking a PM Server for their restaurant 17 Arrows and Patio. This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities, with a focus on lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with the highest levels of guest service in the restaurant and bar.
• Greet guests, take orders, utilize the Point of Service system, and deliver food to tables.
• Display professional behavior and maintain a courteous demeanor towards all guests and colleagues.
• Be willing to assist co-workers and contribute to team efforts.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Communicate well with guests.
• Willingness to pitch-in and help with job duties.
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs.

Performance Standards

• Customer Satisfaction: Positive interaction with Crescent staff is crucial for a positive guest experience.
• Work Habits: Adaptable to changes, willing to learn new skills, and able to solve routine problems.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in food and beverage and restaurants.
