Responsibilities
- Be thoroughly familiar with service etiquette and adhere to standards.
- Know all menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Accurately and efficiently take orders and expedite food from the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen line and management staff.
- Complete end-of-service procedures.
- Service a five-table station during typical service demand.
- Use the Micros POS system and other check processing procedures.
- Help other employees with questions and process discounts.
- Complete closing paperwork and ensure accuracy of discounts and comps.
- Attend staff meetings and supplemental training sessions.
Requirements
- Previous food and beverage experience.
- Good physical condition for lifting and standing.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality for guest interaction.
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
- Well-groomed appearance according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Yavapai County Health Dept. Food Handlers card.
- Completed County & State Liquor training.
