Restaurant Server - AM

Responsibilities

• Be thoroughly familiar with service etiquette and adhere to standards.
• Know all menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens.
• Accurately and efficiently take orders and expedite food from the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen line and management staff.
• Complete end-of-service procedures.
• Service a five-table station during typical service demand.
• Use the Micros POS system and other check processing procedures.
• Help other employees with questions and process discounts.
• Complete closing paperwork and ensure accuracy of discounts and comps.
• Attend staff meetings and supplemental training sessions.

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage experience.
• Good physical condition for lifting and standing.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality for guest interaction.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
• Well-groomed appearance according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Yavapai County Health Dept. Food Handlers card.
• Completed County & State Liquor training.
