Restaurant Prep Cook

About the role

We’re searching for a food prep cook.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of foods under the guidance of the head cook/chef.
• Stocks food stations with ingredients and condiments.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all food stations and equipment.
• Operates kitchen equipment, including sharp knives and measuring tools.
• Performs tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing on feet during shifts.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read recipe directions in English.
• Some experience in cooking is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing.
• Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.

Benefits

• Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly.
