About the role

The Restaurant & Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guests’ expectations
• Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
• Interact with guest‑service‑focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development
• Live core values and collaborate with the management team to achieve high‑quality and timely results

Pay

Salary range: $58,629 – $68,976 annually.
