Restaurant & Operations Manager

About the role

Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
• Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
• Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
• Living core values and leading others to do so while collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality and timely results
• Overseeing all aspects of the business, from minor details to the big picture
• Managing the cost of goods sold and labor

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Able to handle high-volume days while walking five miles a shift and working an average of 50-hour work weeks

Pay

Salary range: $58,629 – $68,976
