Restaurant Office Assistant

Job Summary

At Fogo de Chão, we are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in the Restaurant department. The ideal candidate will answer phones professionally, assist with reservations, process invoices, and manage office supplies.

Responsibilities

• Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner
• Enthusiastically answers any questions regarding the Fogo experience
• Opens cash register and maintains sufficient funds
• Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits
• Captures paperwork to be sent to the corporate office
• Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies
• Aids in reservation requests for each guest
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Ability to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Pay and Schedule

• Pay range starts at $16.90 and goes up to $22.90
• Your rate is dependent upon your relevant work experience
