Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service
- Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management
- Address guest complaints and concerns to ensure a memorable dining experience
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update the menu
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations and food service management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial management and reporting
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Pay
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually
