Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service
  • Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management
  • Address guest complaints and concerns to ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update the menu

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and food service management
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with financial management and reporting
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Pay

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually
