Restaurant Manager - Southern, IN

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all front of house employees
• Complete opening & closing paperwork
• Receive & submit invoices
• Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with all staff
• Maintain payroll, create reports & submit payroll
• Audit safe & cash drawers
• Affirm Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met
• Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
• Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
• Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Complete/monitor bar inventory & ordering
• Write/monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans
• Aid in the development of employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to type, look at computer screens and use a computer mouse for excessive periods of time.
