Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage staff effectively
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high-quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular inventory and manage supplies to meet operational demands
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to uphold our restaurant standards
- Monitor and improve food and beverage quality, including menu updates
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high standards
- Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
Pay
A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually
