Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and manage supply orders
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu offerings and specials
- Plan and coordinate promotional events to attract customers
- Foster a positive working environment and encourage team collaboration
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Experience with financial management and budgeting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Salary Range
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually
