Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory levels and manage supply orders
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Salary Range

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually
