Restaurant Manager - Maysville, KY

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all front of house employees
• Complete opening & closing paperwork
• Receive & submit invoices
• Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
• Communicate effectively with all staff
• Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll
• Audit safe & cash drawers
• Affiliate in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met
• Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
• Affiliate in interacting with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
• Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Affiliate in the development of employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
