About the role
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, adhering to Dunkin’ standards and franchisee guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Communicate job expectations and provide coaching and feedback
- Create and maintain a guest-first culture
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment
- Control costs and maximize profitability
- Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts
- Set and track sales goals
- Complete audits and implement improvement plans
Requirements
- Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
- Able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fully fluent in English
