Restaurant Manager in Training

About the role

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, adhering to Dunkin’ standards and franchisee guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
  • Communicate job expectations and provide coaching and feedback
  • Create and maintain a guest-first culture
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment
  • Control costs and maximize profitability
  • Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts
  • Set and track sales goals
  • Complete audits and implement improvement plans

Requirements

  • Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
  • Able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fully fluent in English
