Must-Haves

• Five to seven years’ experience in restaurant management and supervision.
• A four-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position and an Alcohol Beverage Control card.
• Any applicable health certificates.

Physical Requirements

• Work long hours.
• Stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.
• Climb stairs multiple times daily.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently or constantly.
• Reach, stretch, twist, or work with your body and arms.
• Work under variable temperatures and noise levels.

Working Conditions

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.
• Exposure to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
• You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
