Restaurant Manager - Franchise

About the role

This job posting is for a position at an establishment owned and operated by an independent franchisee. This means the independent franchisee is alone responsible for all employment related matters in the restaurant including, among other things, setting any requirements for this job and all decisions concerning hiring, firing, discipline, supervisions, staffing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Making sure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times.
• Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed.
• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.

Requirements

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

The maximum qualifications for this position are:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Experience in managing multiple locations.
• Proven leadership skills.
