Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily restaurant operations and staff management
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving guest issues
- Managing inventory and maintaining adequate supply levels
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and standards
- Training and mentoring team members for optimal performance
- Cooking with the culinary team to develop menu items
- Monitoring financial performance and profitability
- Enforcing health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
