Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a high volume fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
• Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams toward exceptional performance
• A reliable and motivated individual with a passion for food, hospitality, and guest service
• Consistently committed to professionalism and delivering the highest quality service
• Certified, or willing to obtain certification, of a valid state Food Service and Alcohol Service Certification
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
