About the role
At Viva Chicken, we're looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one of our 15 locations across the Carolinas. Our Managers kickstart their journey with a base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 and have the potential to earn total compensation of a mouthwatering $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow.
- Manage staff schedules and training programs to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.
- Culinary management experience preferred but not required.
- A strong commitment to food safety and service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old and employed with Viva for 3 months to be eligible for benefits.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience with employee scheduling and performance management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
