Restaurant Manager | Central Florida Market

About the Role

This position supports our Central Florida market, with placement based on current business needs across Winter Park, Winter Garden, Longwood, UCF, Kissimmee, and SODO. Build your leadership career through our Manager in Training (MIT) Program, where you'll learn the 4 Rivers way and gain tools to succeed. Growth opportunities include Service Manager, Kitchen Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and additional leadership roles as our company expands.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant profitability
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Build a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture
• Support busy lunch and dinner service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Passion for developing people and creating a great workplace culture
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work within our Central Florida market

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant scheduling, labor, and inventory systems
• Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
