Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams to excellence
- A reliable and motivated individual with a passion for food, hospitality, and guest service
- Valid state Alcohol Service Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required
