Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to staff
• Develop and implement programs to increase restaurant sales
• Implement controls to maintain budgeted food, labor, supplies, and other cost goals
• Assure highest standards of service including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, and cleanliness of food and beverage facilities

Requirements

• 3‑4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high‑volume restaurant (preferably within a luxury hotel or country club)
• Flexible schedule – availability to work 5‑6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
• Hospitality degree, management degree, or relevant experience
• Knowledge of JONAS preferred
