About the role

Terrain Cafe was originally inspired by the idea of merging house and garden to create an immersive natural environment where customers can come to unwind, explore, and celebrate. With four established locations from Pennsylvania to Connecticut, we are thrilled to be opening our doors in Wayland. We’re currently seeking the right team to help us cultivate a welcoming space and share our Terrain Cafe hospitality with our new neighbors.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly teams to deliver a best-in-class brand experience
• Oversee floor operations to ensure signature standards of hospitality are met
• Support the business through payroll, scheduling staff, and recruitment
• Ensure all team members are accurately compensated for their time
• Handle purchasing to ensure the business has all items needed to secure sales, including beverage and dry goods
• Work in collaboration with the General Manager and AGM to reach targets for controllable spending, including COGS and labor
