Restaurant Manager

About the Role

Ludico, an exciting new restaurant concept from Tribeca Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our opening leadership team. This hands-on role oversees daily front-of-house operations, leads service, develops team members, and delivers exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during service, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.
• Engage with guests, build relationships, and create memorable dining experiences.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective service recovery.
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members during every shift.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and communicate service expectations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations throughout each shift.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and labor management initiatives.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations and company policies.
• Promote safe food handling and responsible alcohol service practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in an upscale, high-volume, or fine dining restaurant.
• Proven success leading front-of-house teams in a hospitality-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest relations.
• Experience with SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable, and Toast POS preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while making sound operational decisions.
• Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and strong leadership presence.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, navigate multiple levels of the restaurant, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
