What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of multiple food & beverage outlets
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop an outstanding team
- Create schedules that maximize service and labor efficiency
- Drive revenue through exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs while implementing waste reduction strategies
- Maintain inventory controls and ordering processes
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Partner with Hotel and Spa leadership to create seamless guest experiences across the property
- Cross-train team members across outlets to build flexibility and support business needs
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
- Knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory management, and cost controls
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Current Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain upon hire)
