What You'll Do

  • Lead the daily operations of multiple food & beverage outlets
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop an outstanding team
  • Create schedules that maximize service and labor efficiency
  • Drive revenue through exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
  • Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs while implementing waste reduction strategies
  • Maintain inventory controls and ordering processes
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Partner with Hotel and Spa leadership to create seamless guest experiences across the property
  • Cross-train team members across outlets to build flexibility and support business needs
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
  • Knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory management, and cost controls
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Current Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain upon hire)
