About the role
Smashburger is the country's fastest-growing, FAST casual, "better burger" restaurant. We offer HANDCRAFTED gourmet burgers using FRESH, never frozen 100% certified beef, made to order CRISP entree' salads, hand-breaded crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches, as well as, a variety of MOUTHWATERING sides and decadent Haagen Dazs handspun MILKSHAKES.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards and culture.
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve high operational standards.
- Think on your feet in a high volume environment, ensuring efficient service and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's EXPERIENCE in a High Volume Restaurant Environment.
- Must have a "CAN DO" attitude.
- Passionate about FOOD and hospitality.
- Ability to lead, coach, and counsel others.
- Execute company standards and culture.
