Responsibilities

- Manage multiple shifts and ensure smooth operations - Train and coach team members to maintain high standards - Lead by example and inspire the team - Think on your feet in a high volume environment

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year's EXPERIENCE in a High Volume Restaurant Environment - Must have a "CAN DO" attitude - Passionate about FOOD and hospitality - Ability to lead, coach, and counsel others - Execute company standards and CULTURE
