Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and well-being. You will help train and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. You will also help facilitate communication between our chefs and waitstaff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid in organizing/building/managing the waitstaff team
• Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Help develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
• Maintain optimal restaurant ambiance
• Adhere to company policies and standards
• Participate in outside expeditions during peak/rush hour
• Fill shifts as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous restaurant management experience
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS software
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation

Compensation

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
