Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and well-being. You will help train and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. You will also help facilitate communication between our chefs and waitstaff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in organizing/building/managing the waitstaff team
- Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Help develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
- Maintain optimal restaurant ambiance
- Adhere to company policies and standards
- Participate in outside expeditions during peak/rush hour
- Fill shifts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
