About the role

The manager at Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q is responsible for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent food and service, inventory and cost management, team management, and product quality management.

Responsibilities

• Takes pride in their work and providing great service.
• Ensures all food is prepared and presented to the Rudy’s standard.
• Create a positive, effective, and productive team.
• Makes our guests their top priority.
• Can effectively communicate with guests and co-workers.

Requirements

• Have, or be willing to obtain, Food Manager Certification and TABC certification.
• Management Experience (in Food Service Preferred).
• Previous restaurant experience.
