The manager at Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent food and service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Management experience (in Food Service preferred)
• Previous restaurant experience
