About the role
The manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, leading the guest experience by providing excellent food and service, inventory and cost management, team management, and product quality management.
Responsibilities
- Able to train and work at one of our other three Phoenix area locations while construction is being completed
- Has, or be willing to obtain, Food Manager Certification and TABC certification
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Takes pride in their work and providing great service
- Ensures all food is prepared and presented to the Rudy’s standard
- Create a positive, effective, and productive team
- Makes our guests their top priority
- Can effectively communicate with guests and co-workers
Requirements
